my mom called today and gave me this recipe she has made it for years and i just thought to ask what it had in it and come to find out we can eat it for lcing.

1 head cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
1 pint sour cream
1 package dry italian dressing mix
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup green onions- i just like the green ends in mine

Thanks for this recipe. It's good and I'll play with it a little bit, it begs for a little curry powder. With paprika it's good too. Maybe worcestershire?
