Chicken Fajita Salad
Take chicken breast or chicken tenderloins, put in a skillet with little water, add the spices you like to cook with, I add garlic powder and a little worcestershire sauce, cover and cook until chicken turns white. Take chicken out and cut into strips.
Salad:
Lettuce (iceburg) or whatever you like
Green onions
Tomatos
Spinach
Dish out into bowl or plate the serving of salad u like then put strips of chicken, shredded cheese, add dressing ( i use ranch).
I sometimes will put guacamole in this as well.
Another way to cook the chicken is to cook the chicken with little water after you cut it into strips add about tablespoon of olive oil and cook chicken until it browns.
