i just got in from a great walk!! im not sure exactly, but im positive it was at least 1.75 miles!! i walked at a nice slow pace the first quarter mile, then i picked it up for at least a mile and a quarter, then back down to a slower pace for the last quarter mile. i feel GREAT!!

FEB 10....ok...ok....so its been , like, over a month since i actually posted in here!! im so sorry!! gawd i really let myself off the hook didnt i? ok...ok...but no bs, i was exercising in between the GIANT LULL in here....but for the last few weeks honestly i havent been doing much of anything, so i guess that pretty much explains the total lack of stuff on these pages.....oooops.....ok...it could also explain why i have stopped losing weight lately...like 2 weeks straight my weight has lingered right in the 242-239 area....and even at night its been known to be between 245-239...so i dunno....i do know im trying to stay away from the scale right now....and i will only weigh myself in a case of extreme curiosity......hahahaha




ok heres my upper body workout, using 20 pound barbell on all

chest: bench press, 12,10,8,6,12
incline press,12
shoulders: behind neck press, 12,10,8,6,12
military press:12
back: bent over rows:12,10,8,6,12
pullovers:12
biceps: curls,12,10,8,6,12
reverse curls 12
triceps: triceps press,12,10,8,6,12
triceps extention,12

the biceps were a bitch today and come to think of it so were the shoulders....ugh...im considering buying one of those walking tapes to do here in the house every other day....gotta wait till dh gets paid but it would be good i think!

Holy..super workout! Did you ever try lifting the pyramid style..like 12 times with 10 pounds..then 10 times with 12 pounds...8 times with 15 pounds..6 with 20 pounds back to 12 and 12 with 15?

ok...gawd with the valentines day weekend upon me i didnt log in when i did lower body workout...i did do it though!!! i also did a light workout yesterday that consisted of squats, leg lifts, crunches, reverse crunches, kickbacks and a few pushups. im weak on my pushups...uGH...will have to work on this a LOT!!

busy busy shift at work today...i had a good 4 hours of constant cardio ( walking)...i was really feeling great after work today but my feet hurt a lot!!

GREAT workout today! i feel wonderful!!
heres what i did

warm up:

50 crunches
50 twisting crunches
10 butt up lifts( dont know the name!! you lift your legs and butt straight up while laying on back with feet up, hands on floor by your side...HARD!)
25 pushups

UPPER BODY WORKOUT:

chest: bench presses-12, 10 ~ 20lbs. 8,6,12~24lbs.
inclined press-12 ~ 24
shoulders: shoulder rolls-12,10,8,6,12 ~ 24lbs.
bb behind neck press-12 ~ 24lbs.
biceps: curls-12,10,8,6,12~24lbs.
reverse curls-12 ~ 24lbs.
triceps: laying triceps press-12,10,8,6,12~24lbs.
triceps extentions-12~ 24lbs.
back: bent over rows-12,10,8,6,12 ~ 24lbs.
back pullovers-12 ~ 24lbs.

i purposely went up 4 pounds because i felt like i was getting used to the 20 lbs...i will try to get some different size weights to add to the barbell asap, but for now i will go with the 24, i could feel a difference!!

great workout yesterday!!! really pushed myself and felt it big time in the shoulders!! heres what i did....all 24 pounds.

quads were ( and always are) the toughest, but i really pushed myself and feel good about it!!

yesterday i got in a good cardio at work...even though im not really counting that in as exercise, it IS exercise and i think when i do it for 3 or 4 hours straight it still counts!! hehehe...thats not cheating!! i actually worked up a sweat at work yesterday a few times too.

REALLY pushed myself today....wasnt sure if i would make it through the shoulder exercises but i made it and feel really really good about it all!!!

lbw today!! concentrated on abs especially....instead of braking in between reps today on abs i went straight through without a break....100 ( 50 crunches 50 twisting crunches) without stopping...hurt like hell!!


warm up: 50 crunches 50 twisting crunches 10 butt ups 20 pushups

right before bed last night i decided to do a few crunches....ended up doing 100 crunches, 20 pushups, 20 butt ups, and 40 leg extentions! took about 20 minutes and i felt great for doing it! yay!
