I am not real good at the carb adding but the way I figured this doesn't have but one or two per 3oz of mushroom.

I will use Portabella mushrooms for the bottom, and I usually grill them first but sometimes just build upon the olive oiled mushroom cap with a teaspoon or so of tomato sauce and cheese and the your favorite things on top. These are best done under a broiler, but could no doubt be done in a toaster oven.
