Just wanted to share a green bean dish that is very good.
2 eggs (raw)
1 pkg of frozen green beans (ex. Green Giant)
1/4 of a large onion
salt and pepper to taste
In a large skilet saute choped onions (butter) untill transparent. Add frozen beans. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and simmer over midium heat for 10 or so minutes. Uncover, let the water evaporate. Stir in 2 eggs, sirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.
Total pkg of green beans is 24 g of carbs, so I devide it into 4 and eat as a side dish for lunch and dinner.
