Default Rocky River "a costello creation"

Serves one...great for pms

you need

1/2 bar of bakers choclate
3 packages of splenda
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
7 or 8 peanuts
two tablespoons of whip cream

cut up the choclate because it melts better that way...place in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Fold in peanut putter and splenda. Microwave for an additional 15 sec. Stir. Top with whipped cream and eat it like soup with a spoon. It taists like peanutbutter cup goobers soup.

The choclate peanutbutter is the river and the nuts are the rocks. This taists just as good without the nuts. Also, sometimes I subsitute the peanut butter and nuts for a table spoon of cream cheese.

Further,
Thanks for this - I'm always on the lookout for single serving quick desserts - but do you know how many carbs this is? I thought baker's chocolate was pretty heafty on the carbs and half a bar seems a little high...

Default choclate

Not half the bar as in half the bar of choclate...I mean half a bar in the package. It comes broken up in little package....one have a bar is seven grams of carbs...four of which are fiber....so good too, this stuff!!!
