Default Sea Bass and Mushrooms with Chive Butter Sauce

This recipe serves 2 or 1 very hungry Person

1 lb sea bass (I use Chilian)
2 sticks butter
1 lemon
1 lb sliced mushrooms
Sea salt if you have it (regular if you don't)
Cayanne Pepper
Chives

Melt 1/2 stick butter in small roasting pan.
Add Sea bass. Squeeze lemon over Bass.
Springkle with sea salt and cayanne
Bake at 350 until fish is done.

Meanwhile, melt second 1/2 cup butter in
saucepan. Add mushrooms and saute until
deep and very dark in color. Sprinkle with Sea Salt and
cayanne pepper.

For sauce melt remaining 1 stick butter. Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Sprinkle with Cayanne pepper and sea salt. Add 2 tablespoons chopped
chives.

To serve:
Place Sea bass on plate. Spoon sauce over. Top with mushrooms
then sprinkle with chives.

Serve with salad.
