Yes for sure you should be adding other foods to up your carbs. Just add them slowly not all at once.

This is my second time around to approach maintenance. A couple of years ago I reached 110lbs, but I didn't stay on top of my eating habits. I now eat several mini meals a day, most around 200 cal, to stave off hunger & metabolism drops. I've found that I can eat most moderate glycemic carbs with protein and not gain weight, however to lose I must watch carbs & calories closely. My bmi is in the 1200 range & my age (50 & postmenopause) also affects weightloss rate. Most important lesson I've learned is to remain vigilant & choose good carbs & fats.

Hi all

I've just been reading this, and I am happy to see people like pepsi max have held on for three years. I know it is easy for me to lose the weight, it is keeping it off that is my biggest problem.

BTW, how do I change my current weight? I have not been at 136 for a while...

Mary
