You know, this sounds close to the tuna noodle casserole my mom used to make. I bet this would be good over speghetti squash and topped off with cheese. Thanks for posting. I'll have to give it a try.

coolazchic, you say "a can of tuna." Where I'm from, there are three different sizes of cans of tuna that are popular. Can you tell me about what size can (quantity tuna) you're talking about? Thanks!

I bet if this were combined with something like spaghetti squash (where the power of the tuna stuff would override any non-spaghetti taste I expect) it'd be a bit like the tuna casserole my dad's 3rd wife (of 5, LOL) used to make when I was young. I always liked that but I don't think I've had it since I was 12!
Hello coolgirl. What are you up to now? I have a new screen name. It was jenjoemel now it is jenandy218. Sorry I haven't been around. I finally have a full time computer so if you want to chat let me know. We need to catch up. Jennifer

giving this recipe a much deserved BUMP! I made this for lunch today and reminded me a lot of Tuna Helper (which I loved back in the day). Very filling, not fishy either.
