Hey ya'll, mind if a new gal butts in? I did The Firm Monday morning....went kind of easy with three lb. weights.....(older tape with master instructor wearing yellow leotard). And I happen to hate abs too, but the ab sectoin in this video is awesome. I can do upper body o.k. but the lower body kills me. But I was determined to do it and somehow muddled my way through it.
I did a basic Taebo tape today (Tuesday) and there is nothing like a taebo tape to stretch out those muscles after doing a firm tape.
Goal Wed. is to do The Firm tape again. And speaking of skinny jeans....I have a size 14 pair of jeans (not that size 14 jeans are skinny jeans for most people but they are for me) that I want to fit into in a couple of months.
