Last time I went shopping I bought a cheap brand of olive oil becasue it came in a large size. It stinks to cook with (stink as in smell bad). I just couldn't stomach making a dresing out of it today, so I decided to experiment.

1/4 cup yogurt
1 Tbsp soy lecithin
1 tsp flaxseed oil
2 packets splenda
1 packet sweet & low

It came out tasting great, all sweet and creamy The lecithin and flax probably aren't nessecary for taste, though it may lend some. It goes great over salad greens though
