These things are absolutely the best. What I like to do it take 4 oz of cream cheese, and put it in the microwave for about 5-10 seconds, and put it between every pancake as I make them...absolutely delicious!!! Havent tried the syrup, but ill have to...

I am rather new to LCing, so eating anything w/pork rinds sounded nasty, but the damn things are growing on me!

I just made these for breakfast tomorrow morning *I don't get up early enough to make it and eat it, so I make it the night before and take to work*.

I was too curious so I broke off a piece and drizzled a tiny bit of some walden farms sugar free maple syrup and they are SOOOOO good. After a week and a half of eggs every morning, these are a very welcome change. My boyfriend was skeptical and now I am show him just how good LC can be!

Thanks a ton for the recipe!
