Does anyone know how many days boiled eggs stay fresh in the frig after you have boiled them.

Hi Amy,

HB eggs are fine for up to a week, as long as you leave 'em in the shell. If they are peeled, I'd only keep them for 2 or 3 days.

One week? I guess I should be throwing something out
I guess I thought they were good indiffently . I find I don't eat them anymore anyways.

Since I started this new way of eating I boil a dozen eggs each Sunday and peel them. I eat them through the week and throw any leftovers away at the end of the week. I haven't gotten sick yet so...
