Default Cherry Slushee

Ingridients:

1 Packet of Unsweetened Cherry Kool Aid
2 Quarts of Water
1.5 tsp. Stevia Extract Powder

Instructions:

1) Empty the contents of the Kool Aid pack into a container (I use empty 2-Liter bottles).
2) Add Stevia.
3) Add 2 Quarts Water.
4) Stir until dissolved.
5) Pour Kool Aid into 2 ice trays.
6) Place Ice Trays in Freezer and allow to completely freeze.
7) Empty Ice Cubes into Blender.
8) Blend the cubes until you don't hear any more chopping sounds.
9) Remove cap. You will probably have a few chunks which didn't reach the blades.
10) Mix up and repeat steps 8 & 9 until desired consistency.
11) Empty blender into cup(s) and enjoy.

This should give you about 44 oz. of Cherry Slushee and 20 oz. of left over Cherry Kool Aid. I used to love 7-11 slushees (90% sugar) before I moved to P'Cola (the nearest 7-11s are in Tampa and Houston which is too far to drive). That is pretty much the only reason I quit drinking them in 2001. I didn't go on Atkins until 2002. But, with home-made LC Slushees...I can once again have them.
