3 miles, 45 minutes. I'm determined to keep this going this time--it's too hard to get motivated again if I ever let myself stop.

Broke the pattern today--mowed (yes with a push mower) for an hour and 35 minutes. I'm not absolutely sure how to count that it miles, but Louise made a statement earlier in my journal that she thought 3 hours would be about 12 miles--so I'm going to count this as 6 miles.

I'm about half way through--will finish the yard tomorrow and count that as my Saturday workout.

I know I sure challenged some muscles! It's time to start seeing some results!

Finished mowing the yard, so I'll count that as another 6 miles--don't need to let it get that tall anymore. It was quite a workout!

A little late this evening--several appointments after work, but I finally got my 3 miles done.

3 mile WATP! Tomorrow I may try to do this twice, and as soon as school is out I'll try for 6 miles a day about 5 of the 7 days each week. I'm so happy with the inches lost and changes in my BF percentage, and I know the exercise is the key to that. Now if that stupid scale would just figure out it's beat and start dropping pounds too.

3 miles done so far--feel much better and worked most of the soreness out. Will try to do the other 3 miles later today. I'm still undecided about adding a 2nd workout during the week. I'd better decide since tomorrow is a school day.

Ditto above. I wish I could figure out a way to make this gym log more interesting.
