Nice! You can’t tell they are pork rinds. I simplified Linda’s recipe because I don’t need sweetener.

LOTS of butter and fruit and/or cream cheese on top. I like thawed raspberries because the juice is my “syrup.”

And just made burgers for the day, and ate my two without a wrap, or greens, just meat and cheese and pickle. If you have me a low carb “bun” it would not appeal.

I don’t have to be consistent.

Or brown flax-- its much cheaper.

Isnt Trader Joes better priced than Whole Foods??? I buy at local discount store in my area, but most stores now carry Bobs Red Mill.

And I skip the flax, too.

Ordering the lobster roll in a Vietnamese rice-paper wrapper. For my lunch out today. By the time I eat it I will know if I should eat it or ditch it.

I can handle a little carb-spendy, but that’s why I choose my carbs with care.

UPDATE: 7 sheets is a serving which is 59 carbs and only 1 fiber among them? It will get squeezed onto a lettuce leaf.

Made some the other day and had a hamburger sandwich with 2 of them. Simple - not much of a mess to clean up after, tastes fine to me.

Thanks. Getting the teens off bread is difficult, these will help. Ive tried making these at home... disaster.

As for fiber, Imho, what we get in fresh/frozen vegies is the kind to strive for; not the grain and brans. Despite the recomendation by a GI specialist that recommends Konsyl in oj.

That is another use for them! You can vary the heavy cream to get different flatnesses.

Picked up tortillas made with cauliflower for DH, low carb, gluten-free, but more than my coconut wraps. But he's got more leeway than I, being of greater mass.

Though not nearly as much as he used to be!

I just found these at a health store i very rarely visit (makes whole foods look like walmart!).

I had one yesterday and was amazed at how sturdy it was compared to the the siete brand i have tried (and much cleaner ingredients).

Thanks for posting this! Might be treating myself to that store more often

It's rather mild coconut flavor. Didn't interfere.
