I too have PCOS

Hi guys. This forum does have everything! I'm brand new to these forums and have PCOS as well. This is why LC is the only thing that works for me. I have been off the wagon since last April and gained a lot of weight. And my PCOS symptoms have gotten worse in the meantime. I fight a daily battle with my chin hairs (Operation Pluck & Destroy, lol) and I gain weight at the drop of a hat. Bah! But even after a week of LC I feel better then I have in a long time.

Anyway, I'll be chatting with you guys in here often.

i definitely feel for you. I gained 15 lbs over christmas just for eating a small cookie a day for 2 weeks. And the chin hairs?? Don't even get me started, girl. At least I can say that in the past when I followed atkins, not only did i eventually lose weight, but most of my pcos symptoms went away - which was totally awesome!
