Default Anyone else do Parkour?

I've been doing it since October, and it's the most intense, fun, and satisfying workout ever. In addition to crazy amounts of conditioning, the skills taught make you feel superhuman at times once you accomplish them (running up an 8 foot wall, for example). Beyond that, the community is incredible; everyone is so supportive of others.

Anyway, I just thought that I'd throw that out there since I hadn't seen it mentioned in this forum. I've only been LCing it for less than a week, but I'm already down half a pound (13.5 to go)!

I've always thought it looked like a lot of fun, and good conditioning, I just figured 250+ lbs wasn't the right state to try it in : )

I've always found it really fascinating, and I admire the level of skill need to perform such moves.

I'm interested in possibly pursuing parkour someday, but at the moment I'm not even close to having the type of physical conditioning needed.

You know of any websites, books, etc that could provide more information on it? (i.e. training, moves, etc)
