Default Just a little story

I just wanted to tell everyone this little story, I should really start a journal and put all my stories in there, which I will do soon. Anyway, one of my friends called me the other day and said he had a couple questions about Atkins. He said his father lost 40 lbs. following Atkins and would like to start RIGHT NOW. He skimmed the book at his fathers house and thinks he knows the basics. Ok, the first question was, "I think I read in the book something about eating only dark colored vegetables because all light colored ones are high in carbs, is that how it works?" I had to laugh on the inside. Of course, I explained all the details about vegetables I could remember then told him to get the book and read it. Then he asked if he could have milk. And again I told him no and told him to get the book. He asked some more basic questions and I think I ended up telling him to get the book like 10 times. Well, that's my story and I think I will buy him the book as a late Christmas or New Years present.

Your friend could also go to www.atkins.com and click on
"How to do Atkins". But you gave the BEST advice.

He doesn't have access to the internet or time to go to the library.
