Please help me check out these products

I read in Adele Davis about the importance of Lecithin and Essential Fatty Acids for processing high fat diets. I got some and I think it is helping me get out of the stall I was in. Does anyone know about using these supplements? Also-- I just got an e-mail from the website below:

It is saying that HGH is a great help. Anyone?
