Thank you, lovinita! It really was! And it was my pleasure to donate several pairs of slacks so far-the first place I lost weight are my hips and caboose.

Something else I love about my weight loss so far is the feeling of control I have. Not sure if it's because carbs and sugar are no longer coursing through my body....? Oh, and the fact intimacy w/ DH "improved".

With the loose skin, my belly button looks like Grumpy Cat.

I never ceases to amaze me about how we perceive our world with size in mind.

I am in the shower the other day, and while I am grateful the curtain no longer sticks to me. All of a sudden I look forward, and realize holy cow this shower is huge.

There is so much room in here for me to move. I am leaning over, turning around. And just astonished.

I am waiting to take my next jacuzzi tubber and see if I finally have my belly down below the water...

Okay, something I am starting to see and love... Having my cheek bones show i slimmer and more defined. Before my face was so puffy I was like a squirel with nuts in its cheeks...

Just noticed today that the cut under my cheek bones is starting to get defined...

Whoohooo

Being able to literally squat down to sit in a chair in a controled fashion... With out plopping...

Noticed this for the first time last week when I went to sit on the toilet...

Complete control all the way down!

1. Not having to roll out of bed and feeling so heavy and bloated.
2. I can lay on my back and not feel like I'm choking from over eating.
3. Waking up and knowing I'm doing something to make my life better.
4. I'm able to feel my hunger instead of stuffing carbs in my mouth because they are there....

So many more things.

bmore4now, oh that is wonderful to here!

I use to get so stiff from lying to sleep I wake up everyday and look at the stairs like "Okay here we go we can get down the stairs"

It is nice when that lessens and lessens over time.

I went to my daughter's band concert last night and it is the first time in as long as I can remember where a) the chair was comfortable and b) I didn't feel like I was infringing on the space of people on either side. Whether it was real or perception I used to feel like I was "crowding" people and would try to pick an end seat and pull the chair out slightly. I also felt like people avoided choosing a seat next to me for that reason. Last night I was directly between 2 complete strangers and didn't feel that way.
