Ferrando Bread and Bake Mix in Vancouver

Even though we make this product here, Island Girl and Heather06 are well ahead of me in getting the product into retail stores in Victoria (on Vancouver Island) and in Calgary, Alberta.

Today I got confirmation that Choices Markets will stock the product in two of their Stores, West 16th Avenue and the Downtown (Yaletown) store.

Expect to see it in their stores sometime in March.

Now you will no longer have to truck out to UBC to visit the University Bakery (where the bread is baked and frozen).
