Talking fitness fanatic?

since i just started today i will post what i have done this week


monday -[morning] elliptical trainer 30min [4 miles], stair stepper 20 min, abs
[evening] step aerobics [60 min] sculpt class 60 min

tuesday - hips, abs, and thighs class [50 min]

wednesday- [morning] arc trainer [30 min], stair stepper 20 min, abs, arms
[evening] step aerobics w/ weights 60 min, pilates 30 min

thursday - powerlift 60 min

friday[today] - i plan to run 2-3 miles, do the elliptical, and whatever else i can fit in.. i guess we will see how it goes!!

saturdays and sundays are my days off.. i know i shouldn't but when else am i going to sleep??? when i was training for the music city marathon, i would have a long run on saturdays but now i am just lazy. hehe

well its a rainy monday and i DONT want to exercise.. but i will anyway and this is what i plan to do


10 am

arc trainer - 30 min
stair stepper - 20 min
abs/obliques

5pm
scuplt class [weights] - 60 min
step aerobics - 60 min


will check back in and write what i ACTUALLY did

yay!!! 1st round of exercise = done.. only modified

i did the arc trainer for 35 min, ran 1 mile, worked calves w/ weights, then did the stair stepper for 10 min, ab and oblique work too!!

total morning = 55min cardio 20 min weights/abs

no working out today.. felt really tired.. excuses excuses.. tomorrow i shall kick my arse! boy am i lazy

havent been to the gym since wednesday.. feel like shiz..

however, on friday i did trim my yard.. so... maybe thats okay?

yeah liz, just keep telling yourself that.. hehe

monday i am going to start going 5 days a week.. working a diff part each day.. im thinking monday = legs since everyone and their momma does chest mon. tuesday = bi's n tri's.. wednesday = legs.. thursday = chest and back.. and friday = well.. i dunno yet.. im new to this so if anyone has any advice LET ME KNOW!!!
