Default Stalling!!

Did anyone find that eating Low-Carb bars/shakes/breakfast bars available from chemists were stalling them during induction? Is it ok to eat these things when we're on the first couple of weeks?

Yes and No. Yes, they have seemed to apparently stall LOTS of people. Use the Search word in the green stripe at the top of the page to find LOADS of other threads about this very thing.

And no, they really are not for the first few weeks. In fact, I avoid them because of the laxative effect of the Sugar Alcohols. Those SAs aren't "supposed to" raise blood sugar but all the experiments have been done on people who were eating HIGH carb, so perhaps any difference wasn't seen.
