I've been doing no carbs for the last few months and as long as I am on no carbs, I'm losing weight and feeling really good. I continue to go off though and when I do - well watch out! I just don't stop until I've packed on the pounds again and have to start "dieting" all over. Although I've managed to lose more than I've gained back I find it difficult to maintain the low carb diet because I crave carbs. How do you guys balance your diet so that it's healthy and you are not feeling deprived.
Most of us read one or more of the low-carb books to find which plan is more suitable to us, and to understand the science of it, the side effects etc.
I strongly recommend doing so, as it's not advisable to go zero-carb, and you'll have better luck when armed with the information.
