Default Dave Feldman, How to reduce Cholesterol Numbers

I'm putting this in a thread of its own despite it cropping up, or being referenced, in various other threads on this site over the last several years.

Reason being I think the theory and practice Dave outlines to reduce cholesterol test numbers is a hammer blow to the conventional lipid theory of nutrition and cardiovascular disease.
Dave has his own site at https://cholesterolcode.com/ , but the gist of his theories can be got from the following vid,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8pybQjVeiQ .

I have now done my own N=1 on this. After a chol test in Feb 2019 I was firmly in the Lean Mass Hyper Responders (LMHR) club.
I then followed Dave's protocol of three days of excess calories followed by 12 hour fast and blood test. (I managed to find a chol test that doesn't report to anyone except me.)

Numbers as follows:
Date: 13/02/219 02/05/2019
Total Chol 6.73 5.89
HDL 1.70 1.82
LDL 4.79 3.70
TG 0.53 0.83

That comes to a 22% fall in LDL, by glugging down 4.5k calories plus of mostly double cream & bratwurst for three days.
I think I can tune this up a bit more if I find the right calorie numbers and carb mix.
However I think I've enough ammunition as is to give my doc pause for reflection.

Yes, the conventional lipid theory is on shaky ground particularly with the research indicating that older individuals with high lipid numbers have lower incidents of mortality due to strokes and CVD and are less likely to develop dementia with the progression of age. Feldman exposes the act of gleaning valid health information from lipid numbers as a waste of time. The experiences of LMHRs when going very low carb indicate that there is a different lipid profile depending on how one eats. That there are different lipid profiles and health responses based on eating choices is also consistent with Ben Bikman's research as well. We're starting to see how eating choices influence health on multiple fronts.
