Hi Holly, I'm still here, not sure if you remember me. I fooled around all summer, eating too much fruit but mostly carbwise bars and low carb candy and then ballooned up to 209, gained 17 pounds from my lowest weight last summer. Two weeks ago I re-started induction and lost about 6 but now my calories are way out of whack. I'm eating too many 2300-3000 and I'm afraid to get on the scale this week. How have you been doing?
