Trying to find easy cabbage + protein + cheese recipes?
I saw a thread somewhere that discussed variations of cabbage + meat + a wedge of Laughing Cow or similar cheese. What made it super easy and applicable to this "Quick Meals & Snacks" forum was you started with a bag of shredded cabbage like is sold next to the bagged salads, and then used canned chicken or a similar quickly prepared protein, and it took only minutes to saute everything together and top with the cheese. I can not find that info so I was hoping some of you have done that and can toss in some good combinations.
I can't remember how much meat to the bag of cabbage, and I'm wanting to try rolled sausage + cabbage, and this may or may not even need a cheese to be good. Suggestions?
