This club sounds fun and I'd definetly like to particpate in ths challenge. It's so funny to hear this discussed, because I'd been doing the math in my head and had it all figured out this way. I came to the conclusion that I will have to excercise my butt off for the next 20 weeks in order to lose 3 lbs a week . I don't know just how much I will lose per week, but I sure am going to try. Losing 60 lbs by Christmas would be a dream come true. Count me in please.

good afternoon everyone, what a great idea for a challenge, i would love to join in. i will set my goal at 30lbs which is about a pound an a half a week. i went on atkins induction last tuesday and doing ok so far. i will start the challenge as of today as sunday is my weigh in day and report every sunday.
