Default cuz it jiggles when I wiggle...

Ok, time to keep track of my activites....
what I am doing right now is WATP. I started in the beginning of the year and try to do it atleast 4x a week. I am still on the 1 mile walk, but see myself making it 2 the 2 mile walk within a few weeks. Have added in 2 pound weights also.

I will report here each day that I complete, along with any other programs I may start. Hopefully this will help me to track things and get me off to a good start!!
so today.... I walked away the pounds!

graduated to 2 miles today. At first I thought I wasn't going to make it, but I got past that point of no return and made it all the way thru! There are a few steps in the 2 mile walk that are a bit more complex and harder for me to do with my missing muscle, but I tried my best to keep up and I think soon I will be a pro!
3 miles b4 spring!!

WATP 2 miles today.
again, didn't think I was gonna make it but somehow survived.
Plan to take measurements today so i can try and track them here.

WATP 1.5 miles today.
didn't eat anything prior to working out, usually need a small meal atleast half hour b4.
still... today was just a bonus day.
