I am not too familiar with Macs but on a PC you can go to zoom and select fit width.

Then the text is too small.

I've got the latest Adobe Acrobat reader installed.

Try the Foxit reader. Very lightweight. I've had absolutely no problems with it!

The issue is that you are apprehensive, not that other people communicate honestly.

If you've been on the internet for ten years, you should already know that posting at least something about a link you're putting up is basic netiquette. Someone requesting that info, being taken as overcritical and making you feel apprehensive is ridiculous.

Try the decaf.

Default Thanks, Brian

Loved the article. As a possibly interesting aside, I believe Dr. Rosedale is in practice with Drs. Michael and Mary Dan Eades of Protein Power fame in Colorado.

Hope you are feeling better about posting and continue to post. Just put on a Teflon attitude and let it roll off you. There is great benefit to participating here.

Thanks again for the article.

It was an interesting article. Much of what he talked about has been included in Dr. Bernstein's book. The major point of disagreement between the 2 would be saturated fat. It seems every plan author has a quirk or two. I'm not quite sure about all the supplements he recommends. I find myself swallowing an inordinate number of supplements and I don't want to add any more if not necessary.

IV magnesium is kind of weird. It's used to lower blood pressure. I had it when I was pregnant and suffering from preeclampsia.

It isn't worth my time with so many forums out there. Maybe this is the best low-carb but it isn't worth getting flamed. I am sorry but I guess this thread got off to a back start with a little kick for not posting the speaker and where it happened. I couldn't have known that everyone couldn't open a PDF.

Are you doing low carb eating? Or do you have other interests that bring you here?

It sometimes happens that folks who are devotees of one type of diet will nevertheless hang out on forums that are centered on another type of dieting, for various reasons.

What I've read of the article posted here is really interesting, thanks for sharing it. If I didn't say that before (thought I did).
