wawafish cheat today!
I cheat today, did not have sweet, chocolate and biscuit for one week. i did not eager to have chocolate, but the mouth is so bitter, wanna have something sweet. then I bought 200g biscuits and 100g white chocolate..start to gain weight...
I used to buy a several sweet and chocolate biscuits at the same time, and then eat them all. but today, after I just finish few of them, i feel sick, not mental, it is physical, i cannot afford such amount of sweet any more. at least now. but i many have the appepite later, so what I did is break rest of biscuits and chocolate and throw them into the bin. to make sure I will not pick up them again later.
i cheated today, BUT i am glad I did not cheat too much, so tomorrow I will restart again. I think if you feel the sweet you have already satisfied you or have made you sick, just throw them away, member, break them, do not put over there, cause maybe you will eat them all later!
