Also, I find that other groups tend to be dominated by the real hard-core people who graph everything and do cross-fit training and marathons and yank the discussion into the "young/fit/sculpted abs" mountains and leave a lot of people behind in the valley, who are working it for health and have a totally different focus.

Hi WereBear!!! Oh gosh, do I remember you! A friendly name!! SO GOOD to see you on here still!!! I fell off the wagon a few years ago and put on a lot, nearly 100lbs. :-( But I'm back! I think I'm going to lean towards a LC/HF woe. Keto. I did really well on it years ago.... Today is Day 5 and I'm feeling great!
