It does say 0g carbs for 2 tablespoons but it's not a free food.

In the US if the serving size is a certain percentage shy of equaling 1g they can list it as 0g.

In other words 6-8 tablespoons could equal a couple of carbs if added up.

Examining the ingredients label sometimes gives more info of what is in the packaged food that might contain carbs.

Meme an Robin thanks for this.

Yea I did wonder Robin because I seen it listed as "0 carbs" then also seen "2 gr carbs" elsewhere so was super confused. I understand what you are saying though, I think its the same in the UK that we have a law that means basically if something is even 0.2 grams of carb (per 100grams of product) for example, it could still equal a carb (1 gram) ..

many thanks :-)

In the US 0.2g would be listed as 0g carbs per serving.

Have you used the Quest Bars at all?

Cheers!

I haven't used them because when I looked at them, the carb count was high and I'd rather eat real food for my carbs but they might be good for an emergency.
