Even though sucralose is the last ingredient (by volume) there are reviews that this is intensely, some say disgustingly, sweet. Adding sweeteners to meat seems an waste of good protein to me. A controversial topic here for sure, but more evidence is mounting that artificial sweeteners increase a person's desire for more calories and change the gut bugs while doing it. Try it...but be aware that some can handle additives and still lose weight, for others it derails intentions of LC and feeds their sugar addiction. I am an "Abstainer" in habits...No artificial sweeteners or processed foods containing them and just eat real foods.

i LOVE this stuff- we always have a bottle on hand- it is great on chicken- my favorite is with chicken, melted swiss or cheddar and wrapped in a lettuce bun, with a dill pickle on the side!

sometimes i even use a drizzle on salad, and add a drizzle of ranch.

it is also great on eggs IMO.

i just love it!
i prefer the "honey" variety, but maple is good, too.
