Default LC-Foods SO FRUSTRATED

I ordered a few bags of their LC-Snack packs back in may - with priority shipping. You would think 3-5 business days right? Well 2 weeks later I finally get my treats and everything is moosh. They put their product in a priority shipping bag where in the process of shipping and getting banged around, about 70% of what I ordered is dust.

Has anyone ordered from them and had problems? This was my first time and I'm NOT impressed.

Did you contact them and let them know? I'm not really a fan for reasons not related to product purchases, but it does seem from FB posts that they are reasonable when it comes to their product quality. Hope it works out! I know that's frustrating....

I did contact them, they are sending me a replacement order.

Aside from their product, I'm not sure I'm a fan of how they run their business.....I know that's a leap based on ONE experience, but I dunno

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you - as I recall, most of the reviews I've seen are good.
