Unhappy Cheat for me....

I ate an Atkins low carb bar yesterday and one today. I can't believe I gave into the frankenfood. I have been eating clean for over a month now and today I feel so cheap. Rats....I only have one more bar and decided to toss it in my desk at work for an emergency so it is not laying around the house to grab while I am watching T.V. in the evening.....sigh.... The worst part is I wasn't even really hungry, just had a bad day and wanted something sweet.

At least it wasn't a spaghetti dinner with a gallon of ice cream that got you!

Not that impressed. Atkins bars may stall (if your sensitive to sugar alcohols) you but they don't do much else. I guess you could keep some pork rinds in your desk instead but I can't really consider that much of a cheat.

Relax its a long road and as long as you don't go overboard its hardly a problem
