Cool Wine in the spa...

Can I make it an "acceptable" cm or cs? Like, if I ate some cheese with my wine? Or it's just "off plan"? Or, be eating at home, and have the wine in the spa within the "Golden Hour"...

No, you can't make it a CM or CS if you eat not approved foods. It will cause your insulin to go out of whack. You need to call it your RM and stay within the hour.

Unhappy wine

You have to keep drinks in your RM hour. Alcohol is one of those "hidden act-alikes" meaning, the sugars in any alcohol (even if it doesn't taste sweet) will release insulin and you'll be eating more in a few hours.
It sounds painful to me, but you'll need to have a different drink with you in the spa. Ice coffee or tea, or water is just about all of it- you can count cheese or safe veggies for a snack.
Keep focused and realize you're changing lots of things about yourself. You're doing and awesome job- it's so worth it!
We're here to help!
