Cool Hi Ya'll from south Texas

I would just love to hear from some low carbers in this area. I live in Marion it's a small town between Austin & San Antonio. I have been low carbing since late August 02, I lost 15 pounds.

Hi! I'm in Houston, not too terribly far from you...

I'm on day 5 now and I've lost 4.5 lbs. Probably all water weight but it's encouraging!

Default Tsfairy your doing great

I lost 10 during the first 2 weeks it's not all water weight but I'm sure the first to go always is. The first week is the hardest BTW.
I have friends from Houston, And my husbands Aunt lives in Lake Conroe. When I lived in Louisiana we use to camp out at Lake Conroe.

Laredo does have lots of great stores and food .... Have to stay way from that though.... That food is off limits now. So far most of my weight loss have been in my legs.. Was hoping for the belly first guess you lose form the bottom to the top? oh well at least I am lossing.

Default Here's what I do

I'll eat fajitas w/o the tartillos, but I eat the insides ; the meat salsa, veggies & cheese. I stay away from the beans & rice though.
I heard the last to go is always the first that was gained. My belly still needs some toning but I'm happy w/ everything eles except the rear end I'd like for it to be a little bigger, I have a boney butt . I know sounds gross. I feel like having the fat from belly removed & put in my butt. I'm afraid to lose any more weight because then my butt will be as flat as a board.

Talking As long as it goes straight to my butt

I could as so use a little fat on my face. My face is starting to get the sunken look & I'm only 33 years old.

Talking Thank you

I was originally planning on getting down to 110 or even lower but then I noticed my face looking boney I decided not too. My bones are very proment so I can't get to low w/ o looking like a skeliton. It also makes me look older.

Depending on your height and body type you need to see where you are supose to be at.. I would not try to go under that as it would make you ill and or unhealthy.

Cool I'm just 5 ft tall & I guess I'm medium frame

But I have very prominent bone structure.

I was checking out your profile & noticed that your b-day is the day before mine but I was born in 69, my husband was born in 66.
