Default Primal Blueprint Challenge

Just wondering if anyone's done Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint 21-day challenge? I started Atkins back in 2012 and have lost about 35 lbs (some of it more than once or twice...), and would like to lose 25-30 more, but am mostly focused on my basic health, disease prevention, and being a good role model for my kids. I've slowly added exercise since last year, which has helped with a lot of "loose-ness", and fully intend to continue working out for the rest of my life, now that I've become accustomed to it. Recently I've been reading about exercise and LC a lot since I'm experiencing stalls and even some gain (surely I'm building muscle mass), as well as tiredness and muscle fatigue that I think may be related to needing more glucose, at least on heavy workout days, as I add more exercise.

Anyways, if anyone's experienced the challenge, any feedback or suggestions about it? Did you use his meal plans or other extra materials that were great, or are they unnecessary? How was the overall experience?

Thanks in advance,
