Whey Protein Shakes

Can I have Whey Protein shakes(5carbs) for a craving reducing meal? I know it is suppose to be 4 carbs but for one of my meals it would be a great option.

I haven't tried it so I don't know how it would work for me.

Remember, we are all different and you might be able to do something such as this with good results, where as I might not.
If you try this, keep close track of how it affects you. Keep a food journal and wright down everything so that you truely know how it works for you.
