Unhappy Fell off the Wagon

HELP!!
I've just started LC for about 2 weeks now and my diet has consisted almost solely of meats, cheeses, eggs, and a few veggies. I have given up all breads, cereals, sugars, and other dairies COLD TURKEY!
BUT tonight, I don't know what came over me! My roommates have about 6 different cereals at home and for some reason, after my dinner of tuna salad, I wanted something sweet so badly... I ended up having 2 bowls of Honey Nut Cheerios. I felt SOOO bloated after that my stomach literally felt like it was going to burst and I ended up throwing up..
So my question is how this is going to affect me.. if I was in ketosis at all, will the sugar and carbs from the milk and cereal throw me off? I feel soo bad!!
Please tell me that it's normal to have fallen off the wagon like that...also, since I think most of it was thrown up, will that affect me a lot?
I just bought the BFL book today and have almost finished reading it.. is anyone else on it and can give me some advice? I'm not sure that I can keep up the Atkins WOL because it seems like I'm eating so much meats and cheese...

Please help!

Just take a big breath..... No one is perfect and we need to take each day at a time.. or for that matter each meal at a time.. Tommorrow drink all your water and then some... and have a good menu. Your meals do not have to just be meat and cheese. For example you could have bacon and eggs for breaky... lunch a salad with some roasted chicken or left over protein from the night before... you can put some cheese on it if you like... Dinner you can have a big ceaser salad with Real Bacon (make extra in the morning and just crumble it for dinner) you can also put chicken breast on this if you like.. or make pork chops etc.

This wol doesn't have to be boring. I usually stick to the basics because it is easier for me, however there are lots of great ideas on this board. Check out some journals and see what people are eating..

tommorrow will be a great day

Isn't it amazing how what you though was going to taste so yummy, be so bad on the tummy?

You may or may not be in ketosis at this point. Take heart....get back on the wagon and within 48 hours you should be back into fat burning mode. We all get weak in the knees sometimes while low carbin...but our systems actually teach us a thing or two when it comes to grain products. Bloating, sick feeling, tired....it's our system telling us, "HEY! You may like the taste of this stuff but man I don't like it!"

Drink lots of water to help flush the toxins and carbs out. Relax

Next time you feel the need for sweets mix up something sugar free. There are lots of recipes listed on the orange bar above
