First week of Atkins Induction was great, I lost 5.7 pounds. Second week, lost 0 pounds! Is this normal?

In a word, yes! It is normal. Just keep doing what you're doing, and your body will adjust, and the weight will start coming off again.

Thumbs up I was stuck after induction and then...

I added frozen stir-fry veggies (red, green, yellow peppers and onions) to my strictly meat, eggs and cheese diet. Amazingly, ADDING (good) carbs along with their moderate fiber content got me out of my down a pound, up a pound stall. (My body had recovered from very limited constipation, even before the veggies, so it wasn't that I was "holding back.") Last night, I really went overboard on the Atkins Swedish Meatballs and a whole 16 oz. bag of stir-fry and expected a two-pound bump UP today...nope...DOWN nearly a pound, after doing my business. I forgot to use a keto strip this morning; THAT would have been interesting!
