I walked into Willner Chemists (the one in Midtown - Park/41st) the other day, and they have set up a whole section of low carb products! Mixes (bread, muffin, pancakes, etc.), cereals, soda, pasta, chips, syrups, shakes, fruit spreads, etc. Some of the brands I noted: Keto, Atkins, Darielle, Ketogenics, CarbSense. They had several flavors of Diet Hansons soda, with Splenda. They still have many different kinds of bars. I don't recall seeing any premade products like low carb buns/bread, though.

I would assume that their downtown location also has this expanded section.
