Yes, go straight back on today. It'll have likely knocked you out of ketosis, but the faster you get back on the wagon, the faster you'll start losing those pounds again. You may gain back what you lost...the only way to know is for you to hop on the scale.

Slip ups are natural, just don't let it lead to a mentality of "well, I already blew it, so I mind as well have _______ and start tomorrow"! Eat clean, follow your plan, and move forward!

I agree with Krystalr.....the only way we can do this is to keep going. I have had slip - ups and let them turn into months being off plan. Don't let that happen to you....you can do this! Don't even let one off plan mean turn into a whole day as that can also lead into months of being off plan.

My new motto is "every bite counts" ( I stole it from someone here). It's working for me! Best Wishes :-)

Ketosis usually about 3 days - how do you know? Different ways for different people.
Your breath may smell "fruity"
You will have more energy and no headache
Your pee may smell different.

For real reassurance, get some stix
