Default my wing recipes

I see alot of wing recipes, here's my take on them.....

salt and pepper wings

as many wings as you want
coarse salt
garlic and pepper seasoning mix
extra garlic powder (if you like lots of garlic)

fire up the deep fryer, throw your wings in a bowl and give them a good coating of garlic pepper. Stir the wings around and give them another good dose and if you like extra garlic, shake that in too. Finally just berfore you throw your wings in the fryer, give them a quick shake, about 1 teaspoon, of the coarse salt. Fry for about 7 8 minutes, or until golden.

Another way to finish them up is to pop them on a baking sheet, give them a good coating of your favorite hot sauce, then bake them under the broiler to get them crispy.
