I just mainly kept eating the way I was. The only major deviation in "regular" eating was during my recent pregnancy (because sometimes you just have to eat whatever stays down), but I lost all of my pregnancy weight within 2 weeks of delivery, and I'm down another 13lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight now (4 months postpartum). I had meals here or there that were off plan, but I always just made it a meal and never a habit or change.
