Default The Big 7-5 - WOOOHOOOO!!!
With all of the chaos of my broken ankle/leg, physical therapy, family visiting, and kids starting school, I didn't get to post my latest milestone -

It's official - I've now lost 75 lbs!

Woot! Woot! Woot!

*happy dance*

My goal this year was to get under 200 lbs. When I blew past it while convalescing with a broken leg (yeah, I don't get it either), I decided that 180 will be my new goal. If things keep going the way they are, maybe....just maybe...I'll reach it before I attend my next family get-together in Jan. Won't they be surprised? LOL

Before (267 lbs) - This was the last family get together I attended
Size 22-24 (depending on the brand)
Waist around 42 inches



Now (192 lbs) -
Size around 14 to 16, depending on the brand
Waist = 32.5 inches

And I'm betting you will have no problem whatsoever hitting that 180 goal by your get-together in January. Your family won't even know it's you!!
