Hi Ya'll!!!

Hello there! My name Is Cindy and I live in MO. I have been a roller coaster dieter for years now. I lost 80 pounds about 8 years ago doing lowfat and exercise. Kept it off good for a few years, but gradually gained 30 pounds, then another 30 in the last year since I go marrried!!! Big disappointment, mainly in myself. But now, I am ready to get that 60 pounds back off with LC and the support I have found here!

I have found some wonderful ideas and recipes here that I've never heard about. I believe with those and the groups ideas, this will be my WOE for LIFE!!!! Thanks,
