Default Buttered Beef

I made this up this morning, due to having too much eggs and mayo in my diet (start to look and taste a bit icky).

Brown 1 lb of ground beef and drain.

Mix in some butter (I used 4 pats) and some spices (I used salt, cayenne pepper and chili powder).

Eat. It is tres tasty and I'm still getting some fat along with the (probably too much) protien.

I don't anticipate eating the whole lb in one sitting, but we'll see : )

PS. this is trace carb from spices. Cheese or sour cream would make nice additions...

I do that with leftover meat. I found the "recipe" at a rabbit site - simply sauté leftover bits in butter. Eat. Yummy!

After I tried it with rabbit and found it good, I tried it with chicken, pork, and beef. All good!
